Terms of Service

1. Payment can be made fully upfront or with the 50% upfront + 50% after sketch approval method. Work begins once the first payment is confirmed.2. You’ll receive an initial sketch for feedback. You can request unlimited changes during this stage!3. After approval, I’ll finalize the artwork and deliver it within up to 15 days or within the deadline we’ve discussed.
Delivery dates may change if necessary, but any updates will always be clearly communicated to you!Refund Policy If you request a cancellation after the sketch has been delivered, the refund will include a 10% to 30% deduction, depending on the complexity of the work already completed.
- Refunds may take a few days to be fully processed, but rest assured ; it will always arrive!
